Medical Aid

We introduce ourselves as the Charity Arm of Rasna Group “Areez Khambatta Benevolent Trust”. We have lots of projects going on in various fields such as health care, education, etc. One such new project we would want to do is especially for paediatric children who need hospitalization and medical care but cannot afford the cost, for such children we are willing to help and support by giving maximum of Rs. 1 lakh. Obviously this sum is over and above other money which can come from other sources such as Ma Amrutam Card, Insurance etc. To administer the scheme properly we would like to route it through a Doctor only. So if you have any patients who are interested in availing our services they will have to fill the necessary forms submit to us and we will pay the money directly to the Doctor.
The scheme procedure would be like this:
1. Any patient who approaches you for any operation and cannot afford the cost, after deducting whatever money they can pay themselves or/and through insurance or/and through Ma Amrutam card or/and through other Government schemes, we would be able to pay a maximum of Rs. 1 lakh per patient.
2. For the above they have to send us the enclosed application form.
3. Once the application form is ready they have to submit the same soft or hard copy at the following address.
4. We after scrutinizing the form will approve the same and immediately inform you and the patient. Based on the same the amount would be paid to them once we get a certificate from you on completion of operation. Format of the certificate is also enclosed herewith.
